2. Eligibility and Account Registration
- Users must provide accurate, current information to access services.
- First-time clients must verify accounts and select a service plan (Basic or Custom).
- Clients under 18 require parental or legal guardian consent to use services.
- Mivisions reserves the right to refuse service or suspend accounts for non-compliance.
3. Service Scope
- Services are delivered according to signed agreements and approved service schedules.
- Service hours, deliverables, and minimum requirements are specified in each agreement.
- Equipment, software, or chemicals required for services are provided by Mivisions unless stated otherwise.
- Service availability may be limited on public holidays, including Christmas Day and Easter Day.
4. Pricing, Payment, and Taxes
- Services are charged per service, not per hour, unless otherwise stated.
- Prices exclude VAT (15%) unless explicitly included.
- Late payments may incur interest under the Late Payment of Commercial Debts (Interest) Act 1998.
- Quotes are valid for 45–60 days and may be revised for non-contract clients in line with wage or cost increases.
- Payment methods, invoicing, and schedules are specified in service agreements.
5. Contract Terms and Termination
- Retainer contracts range from 3 to 36 months unless otherwise agreed.
- Termination requires 30 days' written notice for domestic clients, three weeks for international clients.
- Mivisions may suspend or terminate services immediately in case of breach, non-payment, or illegal activity.
- Service commencement typically occurs two weeks after contract approval unless agreed otherwise.
6. User Obligations
- Provide complete and accurate information for service delivery.
- Review and confirm service schedules before work begins.
- Give timely feedback to assist in service optimization.
- Comply with all applicable laws while using Mivisions' services and website.
- Refrain from unauthorized use of website content or service materials.
7. Data Protection and Privacy
- Client information is collected and processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
- Users consent to cookies, browsing analytics, and communications as described in the Privacy Policy.
- Mivisions will not sell, distribute, or lease personal information without consent, except where required by law.
8. Intellectual Property
- All website content, graphics, reports, and materials are owned or licensed by Mivisions.
- Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or commercial use is prohibited.
- Clients may use service outputs only for their intended purpose unless otherwise agreed.
9. Liability and Risk
- Mivisions is not liable for delays or failures caused by client actions, including restricted access or incorrect information.

- Liability for direct loss is limited to the value of the affected service unless prohibited by law.
- Indirect, consequential, or incidental losses are excluded to the fullest extent permitted by law.
- Complaints should be submitted promptly. Resolution timelines and remedies are governed by the dispute resolution clause.
10. Dispute Resolution and Governing Law
- All disputes are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
- Disputes are first addressed through amicable settlement, then mediation, and finally arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act of Nigeria.
- Arbitration takes place in Abuja, in English, and the decision is binding and enforceable in any competent court.

11. Third-Party Links and Referrals
Our website may include links to third-party websites for convenience. Mivisions is not responsible for external content or privacy practices.
Referral programs and commissions are detailed in service agreements. Referral commission payments occur as specified in the relevant agreement.
12. Force Majeure
Mivisions is not liable for delays or failure to perform due to events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, pandemics, government restrictions, or technical failures.
13. Changes to Terms
- Mivisions may update these Terms and Conditions at any time.
- Updates are posted on the website with a revised effective date. Continued use of the website or services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
