• If no working relationship can be formed for whatever reason we will depart amicably.
• If a working relationship has been established the customer can choose to sign an annual contract or not.
• If no annual contract is signed the customer may dispense of our services at any time by giving 30 days notice.
• If an annual contact is signed the customer will benefit from: Half price service for the 2nd and 3rd month. 5% commission on any recommendations that become firm contracts. This commission is payable at the start of these contracts and applies to sites within chains. This is 5% of the annual value of the contract. Contract price remains fixed if customer renews contract for the 2nd and 3rd year.

This applies to all customers whether contracted or not and applies after the trial period is over. Mivisions International Group Ltd guarantees to rectify any complaint contained within the service schedule within 24 hours of the complaint being made or your money back for that services.

We are remunerated on a Pay Per service basis not the number of hours we spendFactors such as:

• How busy the premises are may vary from day to day
• Speed of service on any day
• Whether there are members of staff or clients on the premises interfering with the service
• Delays in starting such as service waiting outside to be let in
• Other factors

Our services are based on a Pay Per Service basis. Any hours calculated are purely an estimate and do not fall part of any contractual obligation.

• Service refers to customer areas only unless specifically mentioned otherwise.
• Service is done out of business hours with keys supplied (our insurance is more than adequate to cover any losses including damage arising from loss of keys).
• The minimum requirement is 10 hours service per week.
• We can undertake service during business hours subject to a minimum of 40 hours per week.
• All chemicals & equipment required will be supplied by us and kept on site. All chemicals & equipment required are already included in the cost unless specifically mentioned otherwise.
• All prices are subject to VAT being added at 20%.
• A two week notice period is required to commence the trial period unless agreed otherwise.
• For contracts outside Finland, a 3 week notice period is required to commence.
• All invoices are settled 30 days Net. Late payment of invoices may result in the suspension of service services.
• If your service services are suspended, or you have cancelled the contract without the required 30 days notice period, proceedings will be instigated to recover outstanding amounts including the cost of recovery & associated
interest under the Late Payment of Commercial Debt (Interest) Act 1998 as amended by the European Directive 2000/35/EC.
• Additionally any Eco chemicals and equipment supplied by Mivisions International Group Ltd remaining on your premises will be added to this cost.
• We only undertake contracts outside Estonia for existing customers in which case subsequent site(s) can be anywhere in the USA, Finland , Estonia Ireland or Czech.
• We do not supply Services on Christmas and Easter Day.
• For customers without a contract price increases are indexed to rises in the minimum wage.
• No service is done outside of the Final service Schedule presented after the 1 month trial so please read it carefully and make sure it is correct. Please notify us if it is incorrect and another amended one will be prepared.
• Quotes are only valid for 45-60 days
